Lucia's Musings: Creating Your Own Reality
By Lucia Massarella, CPT, BCT
Most of us have heard it said that we create our own reality. Some of the things we are taught to do are thinking positive thoughts, speaking affirmations and creating vision boards that hold an intention of where or what we would like to be/have/do. Many people actually have very good results from such practices. As for myself, I find that consciously choosing to think positive thoughts, repeating positive affirmations and even creating vision boards, while often helpful, leads me on a different kind of adventure than merely creating the life I want. 2012 and DYNAMICS OF ENERGY in these “Days of Change”
By Lotte Bowen, MA
Early in life we learn that for every action there is an equal and opposing re-action. This is a basic “law” in material or physical science education – at least it used to be. On my own journey from mystical child to scientist and back again to mystic I continue to realize that these “apparent Laws” of physical science quite often can be equally valued from the metaphysical and metaphorical perspective. By Lucia Massarella, CPT, BCT
The other day, I had the opportunity to listen to a story that a good friend told me about her grandmother. Without going into the whole family history, and to make a longer story shorter, Grandmother, now gone, used to tell stories about her journey across the country during the Great Dust Bowl era in the 1930's. The Great Depression was going on and families, while watching their land literally blow away, were losing their homes, going hungry and even dying in these desperate times...

During December there are many holidays celebrated by the peoples of the world. There is Christmas, celebrating the birth of Christ; Hanukkah, celebrating the Festival of Lights; Bodhi Day, were much of the Buddhist world celebrates the enlightenment of Prince Gautama, The Buddha; Eid al Adha ends the Hajj for the followers of Islam; Kwanzaa, with it's roots tracing back to ancient harvest celebrations for those of African descent; Yule for the Pagans (and the origin for such Christmas expressions as the Christmas tree, lights, feasts, and red and green decorations). Age of Transformation
By Lucia Massarella, CPT, BCT
We are living in times of intense transformation. From an astrological point of view, we can see this. But, regardless of whether or not we believe in the stars having an affect on us, we can feel it. We can see it all around us. This energy of transformation is telling us to undo what we think we are, what we think we know, and remake ourselves...
