Ginseng and echinacea, have been considered for centuries to be
sacred herbs, and capable of warding off disease. These plant roots continue to be regarded as a source of healing power.
A recent study evaluated the ability of echinacea and ginseng to improve immune function in 60 patients suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). Blood samples were taken from three patient groups (20 patients with CFS, 20 with AIDS, and 20 healthy volunteers) given concentrations of echinacea and ginseng, and the results compared....

Do I sound like a broken record?

Hope you all had a nice Fall Equinox! Fall is upon us and the Earth in winding down and preparing herself for Winter. The squash is finally done producing so much that we can't eat it all. We have planted our cold weather crops and hopefully are up by now.
If you didn't do your Liver Cleanse last month, then there is still time this month to do it. And if you did do your Liver Cleanse last month and are still having allergy symptoms, then do it again this month.
